  • So what happens after I book a date?
    Your Consierge will contact you via your contact information to introduce you to Comfy Cabin Services and explain our process of making your stay more enjoyable.
  • How do you access my property?
    Clients must leave us a access code to enter the property or a duplicate key to allow us to provide services. Keys are not accessible by anyone at the Welcome Center or ALCA Security.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Refunds are given for non service only. No refunds without 24 hrs cancellation. Refunds are automatically returned to the card on file.
  • Can I get ala carte services or must I buy a whole package?
    The price is the same whether or not you choose all the services in a package or use every service in the package. Ask us for a weekly or monthly rate!
  • What method of payment do you accept?
    Packages can be paid for by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • Can I ask for services I don't see listed?
    Clients can ask or email us for special requests! Extra fees may be incured and will automatically be billed to your credit card.
